If you’re looking to get good quality work done to your teeth go elsewhere. I was tossed on the back burner and paid full price for “it’s good enough” work. I hope this place goes under. I never even got my proper replacement tooth after being promised, and just to put icing on the cake. My implant was loose, so I went to a different dentist, and they said the work was sloppily done. Thanks for wasting my time and money signature smiles

Since Signature Smiles took over the practice, I have noticed a significant decline in communication and overall patient experience. Today, I arrived at 7:55am for my 8:00am appointment, only to find the building locked and completely dark. I decided to wait a few minutes and I tried calling the office at 8am, but no one answered. Around 8:05, a hygienist arrived but was also unable to get into the building. From what I observed, he didn't appear to know what was going on and eventually returned to his car. At that point, it was clear that no one was ready to open the office, and I decided to leave rather than continue waiting without any communication about what was happening. Honestly, it's a concern when both patients and employees are left standing outside with no information. Even if the person responsible for opening the office was running late, the hygienist also arrived after my scheduled appointment time, which left me with little confidence that my appointment would have started anytime soon. Now what prompts me to write this review is that unfortunately this isn't an isolated incident. A few months ago, I spoke with the office to schedule an 8:00am Friday appointment

If I could give 10+ stars, the office deserves that. I have had the most incredible visits here at SignatureSmiles. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and was greeted by the greatest staff. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, just because i never knew what the outcome was going to be, but here, was one of the best experiences I've ever had, and that is due to Dr. Patel and her team. She explained everything i needed to have done. When I left her office, I was actually looking forward to seeing everyone again. Thank you for making everything go so smoothly. I highly recommend changing your dentist and going into her office. Thank you again for the amazing service. Clark Wilson, St. Petersburg

I'm taking away the 1 star review done earlier today because I spoke with Marco, the office manager and he's doing everything possible to make sure my situation is resolved promptly. There were a combination of unforeseen circumstances that happened and they were not a result of their lack of effort. I'm looking forward to having this matter resolved. Thank you Marco!! UPDATE 7.10.26. VERRY DISAPPOINTED. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WON'T EVEN CONTACT YOU. Great place to get dental work done. The staff are very friendly, personable, respectful and explanatory regarding the proposed plan to get your teeth and smilebeautiful. The facility is clean and they make it happen for you to get the work you need for an awesome smile. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and others looking for dental work.

I had a GREAT experience. Never have I ever said that about a dental office before. Dr. Patel is wonderful. Patient, thorough, articulate about what to expect during a procedure, extremely kind. Same with my dental hygienist, Andrea. I had all bad prior experiences and was shocked at how (relatively) painless a cleaning should be. Again, she saw my anxiety and vocalized everything she was doing. The office manager, the assistants, everyone. 10/10 in all metrics. Even transparent billing. -A very grateful new patient.
